Rex Fabrics keeps more than 300 poly spandex styles in stock in Los Angeles: prints, performance knits, print-ready bases and specialty stretch fabrics for apparel brands and manufacturers.

What's in stock

• Prints: hundreds of prints on 4-way stretch poly spandex, mostly 200–320 GSM, including Brazilian digital prints.
• Performance knits: Dri-Tex moisture-wicking fabrics, interlocks, double-sided and sueded knits, and heathers.
• Print-ready (PFP): white bases for sublimation printing, from lightweight mesh to heavyweight legging fabric.
• Specialty and recycled: metallics, stretch vinyl, crochet, stretch wovens and recycled polyester.

Most styles are 58/60" wide. Fiber content, weight and width are listed on every product page.

Ordering

Is poly spandex good for activewear?

Yes. It holds color well and is widely used for leggings, tops and team sportswear. Our Dri-Tex fabrics add moisture-wicking for high-sweat garments.

Which poly spandex works for sublimation?

Use a white print-ready (PFP) base. See the PFP collection for options by weight and texture.

Should I choose nylon or poly spandex?

Nylon spandex is softer and preferred for premium swimwear. Poly spandex is more colorfast, usually lower in cost, and the choice for printing.
