Shipping policy

Shipping
Orders ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California. FedEx and UPS orders ship the same business day. You can ship on our account or use your own FedEx or UPS account.

International shipping
We ship worldwide from the US, with established logistics for customers in Mexico and Latin America. Import duties, taxes and customs fees for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.

Mill-direct orders
Bulk and made-to-order programs can ship directly from our partner mills in Asia to your factory. Lead times and shipping terms are confirmed with your quote.

On delivery
Goods travel at the buyer's risk once they leave our warehouse. Please count and inspect your order on arrival and report any shortage or damage within 5 days by emailing info@rexfabrics.net with photos and your invoice number. See our Terms of Sale.
